February 2008-
Our cd's are now available down at Fingerprints in Long Beach. Also, dont forget about February 23rd at the Puka Bar in Long Beach. Its going to be a great show with local band Fast Dragon and Transfer from San Diego. Transfer are friends of ours and we are excited to get to play with them again. This will be our first show a t the Puka Bar and we really need to pack that place so we can play there again. If you havent been there yet, it's a great bar with cool ambience, sweet bartenders and what looks like to be a great sound system...come on down and lets make that night a great night.

March 2007-
First of all - I would like to say a big "thank you" to Eric Pieper for making our latest poster (the one with the hands). They are hand numbered and silk screened and they look great. Thank you Eric. We will have a few for sale to help cover cost at the Prospector show on the 22nd. Well if you are wondering, we have been workin on the new record. I am happy to say that it is finally moving along. We will be playing a couple shows in the next few weeks, but will be heading back to record after these shows. We plan on having the record ready sometime in June. AND THEN---- we will be hitting the pavement. Yes - i cant wait for this record to be done and we can do some travelin and rockin out. Till then....Listen to Honky Tonk Heroes.

Also on the bill are Summer Darling, and playing an acoustic set of music will be Mike Morris from the Thingz fame. He does some real nice ol' songs like Tom Dooley and songs about coal mines. Earlier this month down in San Diego, we had the fine honor of being apart of what would be our first ever "sold out" show-thanks to Transfer and a strong local line-up. We would just like to say thank you, cause we appreciate it. We met some fine foks down there, and we were happy to be apart of such a great night. Thanks guys - hope to do it again real soon. It was real nice seeing my cousin G too.
Also-a big thanks to Steve Hansen (originally from Iowa now he plays in a band called Vitro).. ....for gathering up all our belongings and mailing them back to us after our rapid early morning, I mean....afternoon, departure. I was wondering what in tar-nations happened to that ol' sock.
So also one more thing.....in the next weeks we will be attempting to record the sound of this here band. We got a couple handfuls of new songs and plus some tracks we already have recorded so maybe it will be a 4 record box set called " I Wish I Had a Guitar Like Waylon Jennings" --but Im sure the name will change by the release. Anyway- we are excited to get some of these tracks down. Some real good songs in this round of strummin fellas. Well, at least I like them.

We are playing Wednesday, December 20th, at Safari Sams in Hollywood. We ain't really used to all the glitz and glamour that ol' Tenseltown has to offer-but were playing for a good cause, so what the heck. So come on down show your support for these folks. We'd love to see you there.
